Design Hive and its original platform features and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. However, this does not extend to any content you generate using our tools.

Note: You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Design Hive be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
